Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days to return items that do not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

In order for you to return the item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Fresh goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-refundable items:
Gift vouchers
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care products

To process the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send the goods back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only part of the amount (if applicable) will be refunded;

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
Any item returned more than 18 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is authorised, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 48 hours.

Delayed or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially registered.
If you've done all this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@sisandy.com.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only exchange items that are faulty, damaged or the wrong size. If you wish to exchange the product immediately, please send an email to contact@sisandy.com and return the product to:

60 rue François 1er, 75008 PARIS, FRANCE.

Remember to include your name and order number.

The return costs are covered by the customer.

Depending on your location, it may take longer or shorter time to receive the replaced product.
