How does delivery work?

The dispatch time is 1 to 2 business days and the delivery time is 10 to 20 days in most cases, depending on your geographical location.

Who carries out the delivery?

The delivery is carried out by La Poste, and if you are not present when the postman arrives, the parcel will be placed directly in your mailbox.

How do I track my parcel?

A tracking number is included in the delivery confirmation email. This number allows you to track your parcel worldwide. You can track your parcel on the La Poste website.

I haven't received my parcel. What should I do?

In rare cases, your parcel may be delayed by more than 30 days from the dispatch date. If you still haven't received your parcel, you can request a refund via our contact form by providing details of your order.

I haven't received my entire order, what should I do?

As our suppliers have warehouses in different locations, your order may arrive separately, don't worry.

I am not satisfied with my order, the size does not fit, my order contains an error, what should I do?

Don't hesitate to contact us, you can return your parcel within 30 days, provided it has not been used. We will either offer you a refund or an exchange after you have returned your order. Please use the contact form on the website to submit a return request.

Do I have to pay the return costs?

If the product is defective (wrong product, wrong colour/size, etc.), we will cover all return costs. You will be asked to deliver the package to a parcel processing centre.
