**WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery time is between 10 and 20 working days after shipment.

**WHAT DELIVERY METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
For standard deliveries we use La Poste, Royal Mail or Mondial Relay.

**WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We deliver worldwide.

**WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?
There may be delays and sometimes lost packages. It is important that you notify us as soon as possible.
In case of delay or loss, you can have your package refunded or reshipped upon simple request.

**HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT IS SECURE?
We use Stripe as our payment platform and an SSL certificate, which means that payments in our store are secure. You can check this yourself by looking at the little padlock in the URL bar at the top of the page and the little "s" after http.

**WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can pay by credit card or other payment methods.

**CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Yes, you have up to 30 days to return items to us if they don't suit you.
However, please note that we do not take back items that are damaged or dirty. It is not necessary to keep the packaging.
