When will my order be dispatched?

We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery time is between 7 and 20 working days after dispatch.

What are the delivery methods?

For standard deliveries, we use La Poste, Royal Mail or Mondial Relay.

In which countries do you deliver?

We only deliver in Australia, UK & Canda.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

Delays and loss of shipments may occur from time to time. It is important that you notify us as soon as possible. In case of delay or loss, you can request a refund or return the parcel upon request.

Can I request an exchange or refund?
